‘Tis the Season To Be BrightEdge-y
It’s hard to believe that a new year is already upon us, especially because BrightEdge had a VERY busy December. We hosted our very first Ugly Holiday Sweater contest (and let me tell you, the competition was FIERCE) and then held not one, not two, but six holiday parties around the world! Our offices in San Mateo, Chicago, New York, London, Sydney, and Tokyo hosted their own events for their own awesome teams. Hopefully next year we’ll have ten parties!
Earlier in the month, we kicked off our holiday spirit by having an Ugly Holiday Sweater competition. While there were some excellent entries, our winner for best Ugly Christmas Sweater went to Nicole from our marketing squad. She took her ugly sweater to the next level by incorporating a vest, hat, and holiday earrings into the outfit. Word on the street was that she raided the closet of her elementary-school teacher mother, so there is no doubt of this outfit’s authenticity.
Also from our marketing squad, Lia took home the prize for ugliest Hanukkah sweater. Mad props to her for incorporating Hanukkah buttons purchased on Etsy.

We also did our best to get into the holiday spirit around the office!
Our New York team was really feeling festive, so much so that they even color coordinated their outfits for maximum wow factor at their dinner.
In Chicago, our Midwesterners braved the epic cold for a cool night out on the town.
For our squad in San Mateo, we hosted a fabulous party at the San Mateo Marriott, complete with dinner, drinks, and dancing! We always love the chance to get together with one of our valued customers, the Marriott family!
The studio booth was also so popular that even our founders wanted a turn!
As the night went on, the dance moves got increasingly epic.
We had quite a few dance maniacs out there!
After such an awesome December, we can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store for us!
